If you’re going to Corfu, it would be a mistake to not book this Villa. The place has everything and the value for money is on top, all those little things that one doesn’t always think about (such as how good is the WiFi, do I need different towels for the beach bed, the pool, the washroom, etc) have been thought by the host and the cleanliness is extreme. You do need a car to reach to the house, but that is every place in Corfu so most probably this was going to happen anyway. The house is incredibly close to great restaurants and the beach, and the town is also quite close (~15 min).
