Cleaning & Linen
Linen is provided - sufficient sets for two weeks, for each of the three bedrooms, allowing for a change after the first week  . Additional clean linen can be  made available on request, subject to an appropriate charge.
Bath towels are provided but please provide your own swimming towels.
There is a separate utility room with Laundry facilities.

The villa is cleaned on each changeover, so it will be prepared for your arrival. Additional cleaning during a stay is available at extra cost if requested in advance.

Air-conditioning
The villa can be fully air-conditioned. For this facility there will be an additional charge of £5 per day.

Suitability/ Family friendly
The villa is probably not suitable for children under 8 years of age, the elderly or disabled, in view of steps and different levels, but please enquire if unsure. The maximum number of people that can occupy the villa is 6 unless a specific arrangement has been made.

Location
The closest Airport is at Paphos but there are more frequent daily flights to Larnaca

but we strongly recommend hiring a car, (they sensibly drive on the left in Cyprus!). They are available for pick up at the airports, and are really necessary to make the most of the area.

The Immediate Area
The beach and shops at Coral Bay are 10 minutes by car. The village of Pegeia itself has shops and restaurants, approx. 15 minute walk from the villa, but only for the very energetic, who don’t mind some steep slopes! The busy town of Paphos with its harbour, restaurants and nightlife, is only a ten minute drive along the coast.

On Site Management
We have an English speaking couple, resident in Paphos, who maintain the property and are available in case of any problem.

Payment Terms
We require 20% of the total rental price on booking,with the balance due 10 weeks prior to the holiday, payable by cheque in £ Sterling or Euros. A refundable Breakage Deposit of £200 ( Euros 280) will be added to your account which will be sent to you, when the Deposit and Booking Form are received, in the form of a Confirmation/Statement of Account.

Cancellation
Due to demand, it is not possible to offer refunds on cancellation (please see Booking Conditions, section 3). We strongly recommend clients take out appropriate travel insurance, to include cancellation cover.

Normally Wednesday, but we may be able to offer other alternatives, subject to availability
