There is a large dining table for six people and at the far end of the room a fully fitted modern kitchen. Appliances include a large fridge/freezer, electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. There are two windows to the front of the villa, with a further window to the rear providing sea views from the kitchen. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining areas to the upper terrace, with views over Pegeia and Coral Bay to the Mediterranean. The terrace is equipped with a wooden patio table, six chairs and a parasol.

From the living room, stairs lead down to the lower ground floor. Here there is a large room with seating and separate TV (with Sky), ideally suited to an independent children’s/family room, with kitchen units, refrigerator, a sink and tea/coffee making facilities. Off this area is a utility room, equipped with washing machine, ironing board and cleaning materials. A door leads outside to the lower garden and pool/barbecue area.

Beyond this are three good-sized bedrooms – one with twin beds, and two with double beds, all having built in wardrobes. The end bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with bath/shower, basin and w.c. There is a further family bathroom serving the other two bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has its own access, via separate patio doors, to the lower terrace, barbecue and pool area.

The lower terrace is equipped with its own patio furniture, and a gas barbecue. Steps lead down to the pool, and also up to the upper terrace. The garden is just beginning to become established with newly planted shrubs and trees. It is not overlooked and provides for a high degree of privacy and seclusion.

Villa Kalithea is on a quiet residential road and you may park your car either at the roadside to the front of the property or pull off the road under the carport, which provides some shelter from the sun.
